If you did'nt have this problem before you installed the Vittetoe spreaders, then the motor is not the problem. If you put a bigger motor on, the reel is going to slow down. Then if you try to put more oil to the reel, the spreaders will probably slow down.

They have never been set up identically, but if they had the same rotor I would put my money on the 1680 to have the most capacity.
